Contract Agreement FormThe client agrees and acknowledges to the following terms and conditions of the web site services provided by Webfactor Site Design.
A signed contract and 50 percent deposit of total balance must be received before order is processed. Deposits are non-refundable once work has began on order. Balance amount of order is due prior to delivery of completed work.
Delivery times are approximate. Uncontrollable unseen variables may cause delays. Every effort will be made to meet agreed delivery time. Webfactor Site Design shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to late deliveries.
Webfactor Site Design is not to be held liable for any damage, loss or expense resulting from hosting of web site. Any problems arising from hosting should be directed to hosting provider.
Webfactor Site Design holds the right to use its own discretion where the client's information or instruction is insufficient, inappropriate or lacking in details with regard to the design, colour, text, or any other part of the web site.
The client agrees to the full authority to use all material submitted to Webfactor Site Design, and does not violate any trademark, copyright or proprietary rights and releases Webfactor Site Design of any claims and responsibilities of such legal matters. The client shall not hold Webfactor Site Design responsible for any claims arising from such matters.
Search engine registration after initial web site setup is not considered maintenance.
Protection against computer viruses will be taken on the part of Webfactor Site Design, but in the unlikely event of virus damage or loss Webfactor Site Design shall not be held responsible.
The client agrees that the client is solely responsible for complying with the governments enact laws and levy taxes and tariffs affecting Internet Electronic Commerce, and does not hold Webfactor Site Design responsible for any claims and responsibilities.
Monthly maintenance fees do not include significant web site changes. Major site design changes will incur additional charges.
Webfactor Site Design reserves the right to refuse any material considered inappropriate or offensive.
The content of some sites does not necessarily reflect the options of Webfactor Site Design.
The client agrees to all the above conditions and terms and considers them binding on all current and future orders and maintenance of web site.
