A. Every web site is different, depending on the size and complexity of it, but we try to have the first draft of a web site to you in about 1 week from when work commences.

A. No problem, we can help you with the registration of both of these.

Q. Do I have to know much about web sites?

A. No, That's our job. We like to make the process as easy as possible for our clients. We listen to what you have in mind and take it from there.

Q. Do I get to see a final product before it goes on the Internet?

A. We give our clients a first draft and make changes from there. The web site does not get put onto the Internet until the final OK comes from you.

Q. Do I have to meet with you in person?

A. No, all communications can be done through the phone, email and regular post mail.

Q. When do I pay for the services?

A. After deciding to proceed with services. Fifty percent of payment is sent with a signed Contract Agreement Form. When the work is completed, the balance is paid in full. The web site is uploaded to the Internet and your backup CD file of the Web site is shipped to you.
